You Matter, We Care
Offering kindness and positivity to some of the most vulnerable in our community we created unique health and wellbeing gift packs including oral health products, as well as signposting information cards.
You Matter, We Care is a programme working with a range of organisations across Plymouth, offering kindness and positivity to some of the most vulnerable in our community.
Our first project was kindly funded by the GWR Community Fund, where we took part in several outreach events and sessions meeting with women in Plymouth.
We worked with Sexual Health Outreach Plymouth (SHOP) to create unique health and wellbeing gift packs, including oral health products, as well as a signposting card with information about health, housing and support services.
